Long before Kathryn Elizabeth Photography became a business, photography was simply a way for me to hold onto the moments that mattered most.
Growing up, I watched my nana document birthdays, holidays, and even the ordinary days with a camera always close by. Looking back, I realize she wasn't just taking pictures—she was preserving our family's story. Those photographs became some of our most treasured memories, and without realizing it, she planted a seed that would shape my own future.
At the time, I never imagined photography would become my career. I planned to become an elementary school teacher because I loved encouraging people, building relationships, and making a difference.
God simply had a different plan.
Today, I have the incredible privilege of serving couples and families by preserving the moments they'll one day look back on with the people they love most.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe photographs are one of the few things that grow more valuable with time.
